Therefore, any part of our products which constitute a derivative work of WordPress are also licensed under the GPL 3.0.<\/p>\n<p>Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to have access to updates, support, and downloads for the purchased products.<\/p>\n<h4>Software updates<\/h4>\n<p>Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your product supports this, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. Renewing the license grants access to plugin updates.<\/p>\n<h4>Support services<\/h4>\n<p>Support for the purchased products is given up to one year after the purchase date. Our technical support usually replies within 48 business hours. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the product you wish to get support for.<\/p>\n<p>Please, consider that <strong>we can offer support only for the site where the license key has been activated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Refund policy<\/h3>\n<p>You can test our product before purchasing it: write to <a href=\"mailto:support@itroteam.com\">support@itroteam.com<\/a> to request a demo.
